John graduated from New Philadelphia High School in 2005, along with a vocational certificate in CAD from Buckeye Joint Vocational School. In 2008 he graduated college with a degree in Media Arts and Animation from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. He currently resides in Long Beach, California with his wife Marisa and side kick dog Marlee.
His skills inlcude, but are not limited to, visual effects, programming, design and website development. He has almost a decade of experience in 3D and over five years in production. His experience has included Dynamics, Fluid Simulations, Lighting and Shading, Animation, Modeling, Sculpting, Camera Tracking, Compositing, Tool Development, Programming, Web Design and Development, Graphic Design and Training. He enjoys pushing the boundaries, improving workflows and collaborating with teams to produce the highest quality of work.
When John's not sitting behind the computer you'll find him hanging out with friends and family, playing sports, grilling out, working out, or playing video games (Halo). His favorite meal consists of italian sausage, french fries and ice cream.
Marisa graduated from Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School in 2006. She grauated with her Associates in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from Kent State University and earned her Bachelor's degree in from Ohio University. She currently resides in Long Beach, California with John.
Marisa is knowledgeable and experienced leader in management and marketing skills. Her skills include Time Management, Strong Communication and Writing skills, Strategic and Creative thinking, Analytic Skills, Budgeting, Public Speaking and Presenting, Photoshop, InDesign, and Business Development. Marisa prides herself in consistency and efficiency in making sure clients receive the highest quality of care and end results from start to finish.
Jason grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he graduated from North Penn High School in 2006. From there, he ventured west to the city of Pittsburgh and attended Point Park University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Cinema & Digital Arts with a concentration in Editing and Sound. Shortly following graduation, Jason moved to Burbank, California with his wife and pursued a career in the film and television industry.
Since moving to Burbank, he has found himself working in post production for a multitude of different television and film productions. He takes extreme pride in professional quality and carries a passion of discovering new skills everyday. His love for the art of editing is forever growing and his dedication to his work is only one of his many notable traits.
When not working you can find Jason at the movies, on a date with his wife, hanging out with friends, or kicking back with a beer. A die-hard Redskins fan, he hopes to see his team make it to the Super Bowl again one day.

How did you learn 3D?
I've was self-taught starting at 16 and learned by exploring the programs Photoshop and 3ds Max. I read many of the help docs and did a lot of tutorials. Posted consistantly to online forums for industry feedback.
What kind of Microphone do you use?
I use a Blue Microphones Yeti Pro USB Condenser Microphone to record tutorials.
What kind of camera do you use?
For the turtorial videos we use a Canon 7D DSRL. We use this same camera for taking texture pictures.
